The Provincial General Hospitals Act is hereby amended. 2.

Section is amended by adding after subsection (3) the following:

(4) The board of the Foothills Provincial General Hospital may, with the approval of the Commission, provide for the manufacture, purchase or sale of pharmaceuticals or radio pharmaceuticals for use in any hospital as defined by The Alberta Hospitals Act. 3. This Act comes into force on the day upon which it is assented to. 1 Explanatory Notes 1. This Bill will amend

chapter of the Revised Statutes of Alberta 1970. 2.
