OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated September 22, 1999, pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 194 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Handicapped Persons' Education Act, is pleased to appoint Murdock Morrison of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, to the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority for a term of office commencing January 1, 1999 and ending December 31, 2000.
