Order in Council 115/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Order in Council 1706/2007 under the Endangered Species Act, 2007 , the Order in Council 352/2024 dated March 7, 2024, appointing Darryl Boyd of Waterloo as a part-time member of the Species at Risk Program Advisory Committee is hereby revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
