OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 11, 2001, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Elizabeth Ann Brown, made pursuant to Order in Council 95-399 dated May 16, 1995; and (
b) appoint Elizabeth Ann Brown of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with the Capital District Health Authority.
