OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated October 12, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint David L. Pace of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of Directors and appoint him as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation for a term of two (2) years commencing October 28, 2022; and (
b) appoint Jennifer M. Abbey of Halifax Regional Municipality (Beaver Bank) and Susan MacDougall of Kentville, Kings County, as members of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation, each for a term of two (2) years commencing October 28, 2022.
