Order in Council 1253/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Order in Council O.C. 193/2022 dated February 3, 2022, as amended, established the Portable Benefits Advisory Committee for the period of February 3, 2022 through August 2, 2023;

And

whereas Order in Council O.C. 1247/2023 dated August 23, 2023 extended the term of the Portable Benefits Advisory Committee;

Therefore, pursuant to the prerogative of His Majesty the King in right of Ontario,

Susan McArthur of Toronto

be reappointed as member and redesignated as chair of the Portable Benefits Advisory Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond 12 months from the date Order in Council 1247/2023 dated August 23, 2023, extending the term of the Portable Benefits Advisory Committee, is made. The reappointment is effective the later of August 3, 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made.
