Order in Council 453/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) and

section 3 of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission Act ,

Gaétan Malette of Timmins

be reappointed as a Commissioner of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective March 11, 2018.
