Section 1 of the Edmundston Act, 1998,

chapter E-1.111 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1998, is amended 1 L’article 1 de la Loi de 1998 sur Edmundston, cha- pitre E-1.111 des Loi du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1998, est modifié (

a) in subsection (1) by repealing the definition “quorum”;

a) au paragraphe (1), par l’abrogation de la défi- nition de « quorum »; (

b) in subsection (2) by striking out “created” and substituting “continued”;

b) au paragraphe (2), par la suppression de « créée » et son remplacement par « maintenue »; (

c) by repealing subsection (3).

Section 2 of the Act is repealed and the following is substituted: 2 L’article 2 de la Loi est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 2(1) The city called Edmundston is continued. 2(1) Est maintenue la cité appelée Edmundston. 2(2) The parcel of land identified as NB PID #35349224, being an area contiguous to Edmundston, is annexed to Edmundston and the new territorial limits of Edmundston are shown on the plan attached as
