OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated May 18, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal entering into a Transfer Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Transport, in the form substantially as set forth in

Schedule “A” (Transfer Agreement) attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, respecting the transfer of administration and control of: Parcel “2015-1” (the Liverpool Harbour), containing an area of 335 hectares, more or less; Parcel “2015-2” (the Breakwater), containing an area of 5,521 square metres, more or less; Parcel “2015-3” (the Infilled Lands), containing an area of 9.77 hectares, more or less, at or near Liverpool, County of Queens, and more particularly described and shown in the Transfer Agreement.
