CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Financial Administration Act, 1993 (Assented to May 14, 2014) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Financial Administration Amendment Act, 2014. S.S. 1993, c.F-13.4 amended The Financial Administration Act, 1993 is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section repealed

Section is repealed. New

section

Section is repealed and the following substituted: “Provincial Auditor report The Provincial Auditor shall audit and issue a report on the

summary financial statements of the Government of Saskatchewan”.

Section amended Subsection 18(2) is repealed and the following substituted: “

(2) The public accounts must contain: (

a) the

summary financial statements of the Government of Saskatchewan prepared pursuant to

section 16; (

b) a

summary of the financial position of trust funds managed by a member of the Executive Council; and (

c) any other information required by this Act, any other Act or the board”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on assent, but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from April 1, 2013.
