Statute: Conservation Easements Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 26, 1998, pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 2 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia 1992, the Conservation Easements Act, is pleased, with the consent of the owners, to designate as natural areas pursuant to the Conservation Easements Act: (

a) lands located at Cole Harbour, Halifax County, the said lands more particularly described in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (

b) lands located at New Harris, Victoria County, the said lands more particularly described in

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
