OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Culture dated April 21, 1999, pursuant to clause 5(2)(

a) and subsection 5(5) of

Chapter 22 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint the following persons as members of the Board of Governors of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, each for a term of office commencing June 2, 1999 and ending June 30, 2000: M. Camilla Farrell of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Robert J. Ojolick of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; (

b) reappoint Pierre Ferron of West Pubnico, Yarmouth County, as a member of the Board of Governors of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia for a term of office commencing July 1, 1998 and ending June 30, 2000; and (

c) reappoint Dr. Gabriel Fischer of Wolfville, Kings County, as a member of the Board of Governors of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia for a term of office commencing July 1, 1998 and ending June 30, 2001.
