An Act to Amend the Official Languages Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1 The Official Languages Act,

chapter O-0.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2002, is amended by adding af- ter subsection 43(4) the following: 43(4.01) The selection committee shall be established not fewer than 90 days before the end of the term of the Commissioner. 43(4.02) If the office of Commissioner becomes vacant more than one year before the end of the term of the Com- missioner, the selection committee shall be established within 30 days after the vacancy occurs. chapitre O-0.5 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2002, est modifiée par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après le paragraphe 43(4) : 43(4.01) Le comité de sélection est constitué au moins jours avant la fin du mandat du commissaire. 43(4.02) Si le poste de commissaire devient vacant plus d’un an avant la fin du mandat du commissaire, le comité de sélection est constitué dans les jours suivant la va- cance.
