OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, dated November 30, 2011, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land at College Grant, Welsford, Moose River, and Garden of Eden, Pictou County, at New Annan, Colchester County, and at Trafalgar, Guysborough County, Nova Scotia, being identified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale as PIDs 37531506, 20099032, 00966580, 00828798, 00828780, 65063398, 65175283, 01044775, 65186843, 65186827, and 65186835 and outlined in bold on the maps marked Schedules "A"- "F", which are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, from Century Forestry Consultants Limited, its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $408,600 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Century Forestry Consultants Limited, its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
