OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated January 13, 2026, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to enter into the Memorandum of Understanding on Offshore Wind Energy and Infrastructure Cooperation with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Agreement.
