JOHN’S DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AMENDMENT NUMBER 48, 2024, is to rezone land at 34 New Cove Road from the Institutional (INST) Zone to the Apartment 3 (A3) Zone, to allow an Apartment Building development. Text amendments to

Section 4.9(2) Land Use Report and 7.1.4 Building Stepback of the Development Regulations were also required to allow the proposed Apartment Building development.
