Order in Council 291/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 4.1 (2) and 4.1(8) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 , as re-enacted by

Schedule 2 of the Fixing the Hydro Mess Act, 2019 ,

Richard Dicerni , of Ottawa, Ontario

be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a member and chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Energy Board, for a term not exceeding two years from the date that sections 4.1(2) and 4.1(8) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998, as re-enacted by

Schedule 2 of the Fixing the Hydro Mess Act, 2019 , are proclaimed into force (“Proclamation Date”).

Further , this Order in Council shall be effective on the Proclamation Date.
