Order in Council 65/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 9 (1) and 9 (2) of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011

Lynn Kennedy of Toronto, Ontario

be appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered.
