Pursuant to subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Dirk VanderBent of Hamilton be reappointed as part-time member and Vice Chair of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term effective December 12, 2019 and ending October 21, 2021.
