OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Sydney Steel Corporation Act dated January 21, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 8 of

Chapter 456 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act , is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Kevin Malloy as a member of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation; which appointment was made by Order in Council 2001-46 dated February 2, 2001; (

b) revoke the appointment of Margaret MacDonald as a member of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation; which appointment was made by Order in Council 2010-397 dated October 28, 2010; (

c) revoke the appointment of Elizabeth Cody as a member of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation; which appointment was made by Order in Council 2012-373 dated December 4, 2012; (

d) revoke the appointment of Marvyn C. Robar as a member of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation; which appointment was made by Order in Council 2010-49 dated February 2, 2010; (

e) appoint Byron Rafuse as a member of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation; (

f) appoint Donald James as a member of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation; and (

g) appoint Gary Campbell as a member of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation.
