OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated November 17, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 414 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Schooner Bluenose Foundation Act , is pleased effective on and after December 12, 2017 to: (
a) revoke Order in Council 2014-199 dated May 27, 2014; (
b) appoint the Honourable Leo Glavine to be a member of the Board of Governors of the Schooner Bluenose Foundation; and (
c) appoint the Honourable Leo Glavine as President of the Schooner Bluenose Foundation.
