Order in Council 852/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion Act, 2007, David Wexler of Thornhill be appointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
