OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated March 12, 1999, pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 313 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Nova Scotia Hospital Act, is pleased to appoint Dr. John Ruedy of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Management of the Nova Scotia Hospital for a three year term commencing April 1, 1999, and ending March 31, 2002.
