OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated January 4, 2001, and pursuant to subsection 12(1) of

Chapter 30 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Barristers and Solicitors Act, and to

Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, the

Interpretation Act, and all other authority in her vested, is pleased, effective December 21, 2000, to amend Order in Council 2000-646, dated December 21, 2000, respecting the appointment of provincial officers under the name of "Her Majesty's Counsel learned in the law in the Province of Nova Scotia", by deleting from the eleventh line of the Order the word "Trina" and substituting therefor the word "Trinda".
