OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated January 21, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to give approval to the Minister of Health and Wellness to enter into an agreement set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or a form of agreement to like form and effect, with Health PEI dealing with Nova Scotia's Out-of-Province Nurse Liaison Program, effective on and after March 15, 2011.
