OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated January 17, 2003, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Diane E. Bullerwell, made pursuant to Order in Council 73-577 dated June 12, 1973; and (
b) appoint Diane E. Hersey of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits.
