OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated April 12, 2013, and pursuant to subsection 100B(15) of

Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act , is pleased to amend the Provincially Approved Screening Devices Regulations, N.S. Reg. 126/99, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 1999-562 dated November 10, 1999, to prescribe provincially approved screening devices as those devices and instruments approved under the Criminal Code (Canada), in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 14, 2013.
