Order in Council 95/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Guy Savoie of Etobicoke be appointed as part-time member and Vice Chair of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
