I, Barry Penner, Minister of Environment, order that,

(

a) the Closed Areas Regulation, B.C. Reg. 76/84, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 1,

(

b) the Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 190/84, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 2,

(

c) the Limited Entry Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 134/93, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 3, and

(

d) the Motor Vehicle Prohibition Regulation, B.C. Reg. 196/99, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 4.

Appendix 1

Section 68 of

Schedule 5 of the Closed Areas Regulation, B.C. Reg. 76/84, is amended by striking out " thence along a straight line due West to the Highway 101 right of way; thence northwesterly along the highway right of way to the end of the pavement; " and substituting " thence along a straight line due West to the right of way of Finn Bay Road; thence northwesterly along the right of way to its intersection with Norlund Road; ".

Appendix 2

1 The table in

Part 1 of

Schedule 1 of the Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 190/84, is amended in item 6 by striking out " Dec. 1 " and substituting " Dec. 10 ".

Section 1.1 of

Schedule 1 is amended by striking out " September 10 " and substituting " August 25 ".

(3) It is a condition of a hunting licence that the holder not hunt mule (black-tailed) deer bucks in M.U.s 4-1 to 4-9 and 4-14 to 4-40 during the period September 1 to September 9, excepting bow only seasons, unless that holder is less than 18 years of age.

Schedule I of the Limited Entry Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 134/93, is amended in item 560 by striking out " Nov 15 " and substituting " Nov 30 ".

Schedule II is amended

(

a) by repealing the following maps:

2010/2011 Elk Zone E of 1-12

2010/2011 Moose Zone A of 6-19

2010/2011 Mountain Goat Zone A of 4-32 , and

(

b) by adding the following attached maps:

2010/2011 Elk Zone E of 1-12

2010/2011 Moose Zone A of 6-19

2010/2011 Mountain Goat Zone A of 4-32.

Appendix 4

Section 73 of

Schedule 1 of the Motor Vehicle Prohibition Regulation, B.C. Reg. 196/99, is amended

(

a) by adding " including the airstrip highlighted in red on that map, " after " Map No. 1-73/10, ",

(

b) in paragraph (

a) by striking out " green " and substituting " yellow ", and

(

c) by adding the following paragraph:

(

c) between June 7 and September 9, motor vehicles are permitted on roads highlighted in solid green on that map.
