Section 2.2 of the Motor Vehicle Act,

chapter M-17 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by striking out “258(1),” and substituting “258(1), 260(5), (6), (6.1), (7), (8) and (9),”. 1 L’article 2.2 de la

Section of the Act is amended L’article de la Loi est modifié (

a) in subsection (6) in the portion preceding para- graph (

a) by striking out “Minister” and substituting “Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure”;

b) of the Motor Vehicle Act is in effect immediately before the commencement of this

section shall be deemed on the commencement of this
