OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 6, 1999 pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 355 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Primary Forest Products Marketing Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint James Bremner of Falmouth, Hants County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board as a woodlot owner not engaged in the sawmill industry or the pulp and paper industry, for a term of office of two years commencing January 4, 1999; (

b) appoint Richard Brunt of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, to the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board as an alternate member not engaged in the production, marketing or processing of primary forest products, for a term of office of two years commencing January 4, 1999; (

c) reappoint Gertrude Dares of Truro, Colchester County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board as a person not engaged in the production, marketing or processing of primary forest products, for a term of office of two years commencing January 4, 1999; and (

d) reappoint Gertrude Dares as Vice-Chair of the Board during the term of her appointment.
