OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated July 11, 2002, pursuant to subsections 151 (1), (2), (3) and (5), 152(1) and 153(1) and (2) of
Chapter 10 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Louis Comeau of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as member and Chair of the Workers' Compensation Board for a term commencing July 11, 2002, and ending July 10, 2007; and (
b) determine the remuneration of Louis Comeau to be at the rate of $300.00 for each day spent in attendance at a meeting of the Board, not to exceed $40,000 per annum, plus actual and reasonable expenses incurred in the discharge of his duties.
