Order in Council 1639/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 7 of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998 , William Mason Greenaway of Windsor be reappointed as a part-time Lawyer member of the Health Services Appeal and Review Board for a fixed term of five years, effective November 29, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
