OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated April 2, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health and Wellness to enter into agreements with MacLeod Group Health Services Limited concerning the Mahone Bay Nursing Home, in the form substantially as set out and described in
Schedule “B” forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreements.
