OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated October 8, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 61 of
Chapter 208 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Hospitals Act, is pleased to reappoint Dr. Alistair Munro of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Review Board under the Hospitals Act for a three year term commencing November 1, 2004, and ending October 31, 2007.
