I, Josie Osborne, Minister of Municipal Affairs, order that

(

a) the Regional Context Statements Regulation, B.C. Reg. 191/98, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 1, and

(

b) the Regional Growth Strategies Regulation, B.C. Reg. 192/98, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 2.

Schedule 1

Section 4 (1) of the Regional Context Statements Regulation, B.C. Reg. 191/98, is amended

(

a) by striking out " he or she " and substituting " the person ", and

(

b) by striking out " his or her " and substituting " the person's ".

Section 4 (2) is amended

(

a) by striking out " his or her " and substituting " a neutral's ", and

(

b) by striking out " a neutral " and substituting " the neutral ".

Section 5 (5) (

d) is amended by striking out " his or her " and substituting " the neutral's ".

4 Sections 19 (4), 20 (1), 27 (2), 28 (1) and 36 (3) and (5) are amended by striking out " his or her " and substituting " the arbitrator's ".
