OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated December 22, 1999, pursuant to subsections 16(1), (2) and (3),

Section 17 and subsections 94(1) and (2) of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint David E. Reid of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Construction Industry Panel of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a fixed term of office commencing February 2, 2000, and expiring April 28, 2004; (

b) appoint Gary W. Dean of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a fixed term of office commencing February 2, 2000, and expiring April 28, 2002; (

c) fix the remuneration of David E. Reid at the rate of $150.00 for each day he attends a meeting of the Construction Industry Panel of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to actual and reasonable expenses incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; and (

d) fix the remuneration of Gary W. Dean at the rate of $150.00 for each day he attends a meeting of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to actual and reasonable expenses incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
