Chapter 199 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Heritage Property Act, hereby refuses the application dated April 12, 2006 to demolish Coburg Cottage, a provincial heritage property located in Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as recommended by the Advisory Council on Heritage Property.
