OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 3, 2002, and pursuant to the Public Service Act, the

Interpretation Act, the Public Service Superannuation Act, the Civil Service Act, and all other authority in her vested, is pleased, effective January 1, 2002, to: (

a) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Dr. Patricia Ripley as Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs; (

b) appoint Alison Scott as Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs; and (

c) designate Alison Scott as a deputy head within the meaning of the Civil Service Act and direct that she shall receive all customary benefits associated with the position of Deputy Minister.
