B.C. Reg. 203/2011 , deposited December 2, 2011, pursuant to the FARM INCOME INSURANCE ACT [sections 2 and 6]. Order in Council 567/2011, approved and ordered December 1, 2011.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Farm Income Plans Regulation, B.C. Reg. 123/2004, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 1 of the Farm Income Plans Regulation, B.C. Reg. 123/2004, is amended

(

a) by repealing the definition of "farm income plan" and substituting the following:

"specified farm income plan" means a plan continued under

section 2 or established under

section 3; , and

(

b) in the definition of "trustees" by adding " Trust " before " Fund. ".

Section 1, in the definition of "federal provincial agreement" , and sections 2 (1), 3 (2), 4 (2) (

b) and 5, in both places, are amended by striking out " farm income plan " and substituting " specified farm income plan ".

3 Sections 3 (1) and 4 (2) (

a) are amended by striking out " farm income plans " and substituting " specified farm income plans ".

Section 3 (1) is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
