OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 4, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint James A.D. Armour, Q.C., of R.R.#1 Ellershouse, Hants County, and Lynn Connors of Kentville, Kings County, as Adjudicators of the Small Claims Court, each for a further term of office commencing February 14, 2005, and ending February 13, 2010; (

b) determine the remuneration for James A.D. Armour, Q.C., and Lynn Connors as Adjudicators of the Small Claims Court to be at the rate of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per hour or part thereof for each sitting of the Court, One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for a stated case, and at rates determined for Adjudicators of the Small Claims Court from time to time by the Governor in Council; and (

c) authorize payment of travel and accommodation expenses at the rates payable to public servants.
