OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing dated January 11, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1990, the Emergency Management Act , and

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective January 18, 2022, to approve the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing to: (

a) enter into an agreement with Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Canada regarding the Province’s COVID-19 Immunization Program; and (

b) provide an indemnification of the Canadian Red Cross and, if required, the Public Health Agency of Canada, for services rendered regarding the Province’s COVID-19 Immunization Program.
