Exemption Electrical Power Control Act, 1994

Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited is exempt from subsection 14.1(1) of the Electrical Power Control Act, 1994

for all aspects of its activities respecting the purchase of electrical power and energy from Nalcor Energy Marketing.

Corner Brook Pulp and Paper is exempt from subsection 70(1) of the Public Utilities Act

for all aspects of its activities respecting the return of electrical power and energy to Nalcor Energy Marketing, to a maximum of 105 MW, at a rate of $0.
