OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated August 19 , 2014, and pursuant to subsection 7(1) of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint James Wilson of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation for a term of four years commencing on October 1, 2014; and (
b) appoint Michele McKenzie of Halifax Regional Municipality (Waverley) as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation for a term of four years, commencing on October 1, 2014.
