OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal and the Minister of Health and Wellness dated October 22, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , and
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , is pleased to approve the provision or use of funds by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province in the total amount not to exceed two million six hundred sixty six thousand dollars ($2,666,000.00) within the fiscal years 2019-20 and 2020-21 to construct parking for the purposes of the Cape Breton Regional Municipality Health Care Redevelopment project, effective on and after December 3, 2019.
