OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated November 16, 2004, pursuant to Sections 4 and 7 of
Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Christopher C. Nicholls of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term of five (5) years commencing December 9, 2004; and (
b) fix the remuneration for Christopher C. Nicholls at a rate of $200 per one-half day he necessarily attends as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission, to the business of the Commission, in addition to necessary and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
