OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated November 16, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 8 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an Amending Agreement with Medavie Blue Cross containing terms and conditions as approved by Executive Council on December 7, 2017.
