OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 7, 2013, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land at Tatamagouche, Colchester County, and at Iron Rock and Glengarry, Pictou County, Nova Scotia, being identified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale as PIDs 20092151, 20440988, 65171605, 01048669, 00920801, 65195141, and 65195133 and shown outlined in bold on the maps marked Schedules "A", "B", and "C", which are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, from Century Forestry Consultants Limited, its trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $244,526.00 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Century Forestry Consultants Limited, its trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
