Order in Council 1592/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 8(2) of the Coroners Act , as amended,

David Shannon of Thunder Bay

Is hereby appointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, effective from the date this Order in Council is made to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.
