681 December 8, 2023 PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. , Approved and Ordered Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective December 11, 2023, (

a) the appointment of Sophia Frances Brownsey as an Executive Assistant in the Office of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure made hy Order in Council 51/2023, is rescinded. (

b) Sophia Frances Brownsey is appointed as a Ministerial Advisor in the Office of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, (

c) Sophia Frances Brownsey is to be paid in accordance with the band classification set out in the British Columbia Management Classification and Compensation Framework administered by the Public Service Agency, and (

d) terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category C appointees in the "Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees" administered by the Public Service Agency apply to the appointment of Sophia Frances Brownsey . (This
